Why EventMaxima Exists

Planning an event is notorious for being one of the most stressful projects a person can coordinate. Between complex vendor agreements, opaque pricing grids, and details that change by the hour, it is easy to feel overwhelmed.

We launched EventMaxima to solve this problem. We are a small team of former event managers, coordinators, and designers. Instead of selling planning services, we build free, open resources that help you run your own celebrations. We believe that if you have the right spreadsheet template, contract script, and calendar timeline, you can coordinate your event with complete confidence.

Our Approach to Resource Design

Every planning resource we build is calibrated for practical, real-world utility. We don't write generic checklists that tell you to "hire a caterer." We write guides that explain the exact ratio of bartenders you need per guest count, what terms in a bar rider are negotiable, and how to verify electrical grids at historic venues.

Our tools and checklists are regularly audited to ensure they conform to current pricing standards, food regulations, and safety requirements.
